Mission
Mission Having a tough week and need to unwind? Anyone interested in studying the mind, body, and spirit is welcome to participate in the Yoga Experience. All levels of students are welcome, and the main focus is on hatha (physical) yoga. Yoga classes last an hour and a half and are held twice or three times per week. Students study meditation as a way to learn to unwind their body and mind from the stresses of everyday life.
